Why travel fee?
Instead of relying on local part-time freelancers (whose skills and reliability vary), our full-time professional team travels directly to your listings. This ensures the consistent, high-quality service you and your clients can always count on.
We’re expanding our coverage areas with minimal or no added travel cost to you. Building a team that meets our standards takes time, so we only charge travel fees for extended trips—never by inflating our base rates.
Travel Fee Credit are based on the value of order (before tax)
- Over $200 (before tax) → $10 TFC
- Over $300 (before tax) → $20 TFC
- Over $400 (before tax) → $30 TFC
- Over $500 (before tax) → $40 TFC
- Over $600 (before tax) → $50 TFC and etc.
** These credits are not transferable to other bookings, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The eligibility and value of TFC are determined at the time of booking and are subject to change. The travel fee credit is determined by the total order amount at the time of the order. If the order amount is changed and falls below the criterion, the travel fee credit will be recalculated and the travel fee will be billed accordingly.
