What is a travel fee?

Instead of relying on local part-time freelancers (who often vary in skill and commitment), our full-time professional team travels to your listings. That’s how we ensure the consistency and quality you and your clients can count on. We’re expanding our coverage areas with little to no travel cost to you, but building a team that meets our standards takes time. To keep pricing fair, we only charge travel fees when extended travel is required—instead of inflating our base rates.

Travel Fee Credits (TFC)

Travel Fee Credits (TFC) are a form of credit that can be applied to reduce or offset travel fees associated with your booking. TFC is applied based on the total value of your order (before tax) and may cover part or all of the travel fee, depending on the specific booking details.

Travel Fee Credit are based on the value of order (before tax)

  • Over $200 (before tax) → $10 TFC
  • Over $300 (before tax) → $20 TFC
  • Over $400 (before tax) → $30 TFC
  • Over $500 (before tax) → $40 TFC
  • Over $600 (before tax) → $50 TFC and etc.

*These credits are not transferable to other bookings, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The eligibility and value of TFC are determined at the time of booking and are subject to change.
