By ordering, you agree to:

Verify the order details and time.
Provide specific instructions, if any.
Provide accurate estimated coverage or MLS data will be used.
Prepare the property fully before the photographer arrives.
Changes with less than 3 hours’ notice incur a $100 cancellation and travel fee, if any.
Unfinished spaces may not taken unless requested in advance.
Travel fee may apply and will be confirmed at booking.
Payment is due within 7 days.
Some condos only allow realtor to get lockbox. Please make sure we have access.
Amenities photos:
- Not included unless requested.
- Limited to 15 minutes or extra charges apply.
- No photos taken if in use, inaccessible, prohibited or no fob. No video taken.
Parking:
- Client's responsible for parking and fees.
- If parking is not provided or unavailable, photographer finds their own parking.
Service related:
- The number of photos is determined by property size and features.
- Virtual products may not reflect the actual property and may not be revised.
- Matterport links are valid for 3 months. Renewal is available at $10 per month.
