Create Order

• I provided my best estimate of square footage, which is required for certain services.
• I will ensure the property is photo-ready or will be shot as-is.
• I will provide clear work instructions, or the photographer follows standard protocol.
• Condo amenities shots:
  • Agent/owner to be presented, or security permission is arranged.
  • Provide a fob and inform photographer of amenity locations.
  • Amenities may not be shot if occupied.
• Parking:
  • I will give instruction where to park (public or visitor parking), or allow photographer park at their discretion. Accept to pay any parking fee (which may sometimes exceed $30).
  • Parking must be within a 5-minute walk of the property.
• A travel fee applies per travel fee policy and will be confirmed at booking.
• A $50 cancellation/reschedule fee (plus travel fee, if any) applies with less than 2 hours’ notice before appointment.
• I will ensure the photographer has lockbox access or pay cancellation/reschedule fee if denied by condo security.
• Full payment is due within 7 days of delivery to avoid late fees.
