Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order.
By ordering, you agree to these terms:
  • Provide an accurate estimated coverage. Inaccurate coverage may result in additional charges or delays in service.
  • Fully prepare the property before photographer's arrival. The photographer will not standby for preparation and will either shoot as-is or leave for the next order, your duration is assigned based on selected services.
  • A $80 cancellation/reschedule fee (plus travel fee, if any) applies with less than 2 hours’ notice before appointment.
  • Provide clear instructions for specific needs; otherwise, we will follow our standard protocol.
  • No unfinished spaces will be photographed unless requested in advance.
  • A travel fee is applicable based on Travel Fee policy and will be confirmed and agreed by client at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due within 7 days of service completion. A late fee of 10% of the total service value will apply to overdue payments.
  • IMPORTANT: Some condos ONLY allows the owner/realtor to access the lockbox. Ensure we have access. If denied, a cancellation/reschedule fee will apply.
  • Amenities shots:
    • Amenity pictures are not included by default.
    • If required, someone must be present or permission is arranged (fob and their locations required).
    • No video will be taken.
    • Limited to 15 minutes or extra charges will apply.
  • Parking:
    • Clients are 100% responsible for parking.
    • Provide detailed instructions on where to park. If instructions unclear or parking unavailable at the time, the photographer will park at their discretion.
    • Parking must be within a 5-minute walk of the property.

    • By ordering Schematic Floor Plan, you agree to these terms.
    • By ordering Virtual Staging, you agree to these terms.
