By ordering, you agree to:

Verify the Order Summary and Preferred Time.
Provide accurate estimated coverage. Inaccurate info may lead to extra charges or delays.
Prepare the property before the photographer arrives.
Changes to confirmed appointments must be made no later than 6 PM the day before. $100 cancellation/reschedule fee (plus travel fee) applies with less than 3 hours' notice.
Provide specific instructions if any; otherwise, we follow our protocol.
Unfinished spaces are not included unless requested in advance.
Travel fee may apply per Travel Fee policy, will be confirmed at booking.

Full payment due within 7 days of service completion. 10% late fee applies to overdue payments.
Some condos only allow owner/realtor to get lockbox. If we can't access, a cancellation/reschedule fee applies.
Amenities shots:
- Not included by default.
- Someone needs present or provide permission / fob / location. No video taken.
- Limited to 15 minutes or extra charges apply.
Parking:
- Client's responsible for parking / fees.
- Provide parking instructions. If unclear or unavailable, photographer finds their own parking.
