What is Virtual Staging?

Virtual staging is a powerful and cost-effective way to showcase vacant properties. Using 3D furniture and décor, we digitally transform empty spaces into fully furnished, ultra-realistic photos that help potential buyers visualize the home’s full potential.

How it works?

1. After your original photos are delivered, we’ll suggest which images are best suited for virtual staging.
2. You can let us know the intended use of each room (e.g., living room, bedroom, office, etc.).
3. Once you’ve confirmed your selection and payment is made, we begin the design and staging process.
4. When work completed, the images will be uploaded to the same link where you downloaded the original photos.

What are the limitations?

1. Design and Style

Designing and rendering images are very time consuming, therefore the client input is limited. We choose the furniture type and design style for you. The final result will match the overall look and feel of the sample images shown on this page.

2. Revisions

Clients are permitted one round of revision. Changes can be made are limited to the positioning of furniture only.
