Q: How long will each service take?

For the best results, please avoid house showing/open house during the session. These time frames are approximate given that the property is in photo-ready condition.

Q: What is the turnaround time?

Orders are processed based on the time it 's received. You can expect the turnaround as follows.

Q: This is my first order. How does it work?

  1. Place your order online or on the phone/text.
  2. Wait for the confirmation (email or call).
  3. The photographer conducting the work.
  4. Wait for the 'Ready to Deliver' email.
  5. Log in to your Dashboard to complete the payment.
  6. Access the deliverables.

Q: What are the payment options?

1. Credit Card payment in the client's Dashboard.

2. Online invoices with Credit Card.

3. Email transfer to [email protected]

Please note that we don't charge in advance nor require credit card information. You are only asked to complete payment to access the deliverables. However, payment is due within 14 days after the service is conducted. Once the work is ready to deliver, any outstanding balance is payable in full regardless of whether you have downloaded or used the deliverables. The company may apply a 3% interest per month to any overdue balance after 30 days.

Q: How to download my pictures?

  1. Login to your Dashboard (from upper right of the Home Page) with your email and password.
  2. Click on 'Make a Payment' button, then complete the payment.
  3. Go back to your Dashboard and refresh the page.
  4. Click on 'Get Photos' button to access the photos.

Q: How to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Call 416-939-1979 or email [email protected] as soon as you’ve decided to change your schedule.

To change a confirmed appointment, we require a 24 hours notice in advance. In rare cases where you need a last-minute cancellation, please make sure you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, or otherwise, you will be billed for a $35+Travel Fee (if applicable). You will be billed for the total order amount if the cancellation is made after the service is conducted.

Q: What are the differences between Tier 1 and Tier 2 services?

The workload and time are directly related to the size of the property. To simplify the ordering process, we made it into two Tiers - below 3000 sq. ft and between 3000 and 5000 sq. ft. You'll get more content from a higher Tier service to show your listing.

In some cases, you may only want a fewer number of photos, even though the property size is above the recommended Tier. It's OK to order a lower Tier, but please note that the photographer carries their job strictly based on your order so that you may miss some features/views/angles.

However, some services require a matching Tier to perform, such as a Floor Plan, Matterport 3D Tour and Walk-thru Motion Video. In such cases, it's required to upgrade to a higher Tier, or we've to remove these services from your order.

Q: I ordered Feature Sheets. When should I expect to receive them?

You’ll get your first revision of the design the next day. Once the design is approved and the payment is completed, it will then send for print. We ship them the same day or the early morning next day. The shipping may take 1-3 days. Please contact us if you need faster delivery methods, extra shipping charge may apply.

Q: How long will my showcase pages (branded & unbranded) stay active?

When your listing becomes inactive for an extended period, these pages may be removed from our website. You may ask us to reinstate these pages given that the materials are still available, or you may send us these materials.

Q: How long will my Matterport 3D Tour stay active?

Your Matterport 3D tour will remain active for 120 days while the listing is active. You can request us to reinstate the tour at any time within the 120 days. You have the option to extend for a fee.

Q: What is a Schematic Floor Plan?

In a schematic floor plan, the dimensions are estimated (the margin of error may be up to 4%). It’s for demonstration purposes only, results may vary from the actual. The turnaround time is between 15 to 36 hours depending on the size of the property.

Q: Who owns the copyrights of the materials?

Evereal Studio Inc owns all the rights of the materials produced. A client of the Evereal Studio Inc is permitted unlimited use of such materials.

Q: How to prep the space for the shoot?

Declutter and clean the space, hide household items in the closet. Turn on all the lights and open thick curtains or blinds to allow sunlight in. Clear the driveway. Staging is not required, but it will significantly improve the look of the pictures.

Q: Hong long do you store my photos?

Photos and the download links are not permanent, please download it at your earliest convenience. We store all your deliverables locally for 1 year before deletion.
