Q: How long will each service take?

Please avoid house showing/open house during the session. These duration are approximate given that the property is in photo-ready condition.

Q: What is the turnaround time?

Orders are processed based on the time it 's received. You can expect the turnaround as follows.

Q: This is my first order. How does it work?

  1. Place your order here.
  2. Your order being scheduled.
  3. Photographer arrives as scheduled and begins the shoot.
  4. Post-production and editing.
  5. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.
  6. Log in to your EVEREAL Dashboard.
  7. Make payment.
  8. Download your files.
  9. DONE.

Q: How to download my pictures?

  1. Login to your EVEREAL Dashboard.
  2. Click on 'Make Payment' button, then complete the payment.
  3. Go back to your Dashboard and refresh the page.
  4. Click on 'Download Photos' to access the photos.

Q: What’s your cancellation & reschedule policy?

Call 416-939-1979 or email hi@evereal.studio as soon as possible.

  • A 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment.
  • For last-minute cancellations, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur an $80 fee + any applicable travel fee.
  • If the service has already been completed, the full order amount will be billed.

Q: What are the payment options?

  • Credit Card payment in your EVEREAL Dashboard.
  • Online invoices with Credit Card.
  • Email transfer to evereal.studio@gmail.com

Q: For virtual staging images, can I choose the type of furniture and design style?

No. Virtual staging is time-intensive to design and render, so we do not offer customized design input at this time. All furniture choices and design styles are at the full discretion of Evereal Studio. To see the style we typically use, please refer to our portfolio page.

Q: I ordered feature sheets. When should I expect to receive them?

You’ll receive the first design revision after the photos are delivered. Once the design is approved and payment is completed, it will be sent for print. Printing takes approximately 8–10 business hours. You can either pick it up from us or get it shipped to you. Shipping typically takes 1–2 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Q: How long will my showcase pages (virtual tour link) stay active?

There’s no fixed expiration date for your showcase link—it typically stays active for over a year. If it becomes inactive, you’re welcome to contact us for reactivation. However, please note that we are not obligated to store your files once the order is complete.

Q: How long will my Matterport 3D Tour stay active?

Your Matterport 3D tour will remain active for 90 days while the listing is active. You may extend the hosting period for an additional fee. If the listing becomes inactive or unavailable at any time, we reserve the right to archive the tour.

Q: Is your floor plan data same as MPAC or the builder?

No. We use a different measurement method that may not match data from MPAC or the builder. We do not guarantee that our measurements will align with theirs. For details and samples, please see this page.

Q: Who owns the copyrights of the materials?

Evereal Studio owns all the rights of the materials produced. A client of the Evereal Studio is permitted unlimited use of such materials.

Q: How should I prepare the listing for the shoot?

  • Declutter and clean all rooms.
  • Hide personal items and small appliances in closets or cabinets.
  • Turn on all lights, including lamps.
  • Open thick curtains or blinds to let in natural light.
  • Clear the driveway of vehicles.
  • Staging is optional, but it can greatly enhance the results.

Q: Hong long do you store my photos?

Photos and the download links are not permanent, please download it at your earliest convenience. We store all your deliverables locally for 1 year before deletion.
